About
Vincent M. Morris Jr. is a New York–based director and founder of EDIT 9 MEDIA INC. For the better part of 18 years, he's worked at the intersection of cinematic storytelling and scalable media systems, building EDIT 9's reputation for visual equity for artists, brands, and cultural institutions. His work spans narrative film, documentary, live performance, and commercial production with a focus on dynamic storytelling.
His work includes projects for brands such as JJ Grant, Black College Expo, Batwin & Robins, Pryor Hill Productions, Indigo 212, Beyond8, New Heights Productions, Red Summer Photo Plays, and Park County Productions. He's also contributed to campaigns for Walmart, Toyota, Nissan, and Coca-Cola through his work with BET Networks.
His cinematography contributed to the Grammy-nominated concert film "PJ Morton's Gumbo Live," and the feature film, "The Sixth Borough," which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival in the summer of 2025. EDIT 9 operates on one core belief: "We bring visions to life." In our eyes, every story is a scalable asset with the potential to be generational, timeless Art.
